Nui is the school’s main cook. She can prepare a wide variety of dishes, and everything she makes is absolutely delicious. She has been working at Baan Hom Samunphrai for more than 30 years, even before it became a school. This makes her incredibly experienced and deeply familiar with traditional recipes and flavors. Her cooking reflects both skill and passion, and she always prepares meals with care and attention. Many students and visitors remember her food as one of the highlights of their time here.
